Dual Language eBook | Resources for speaking | Forum

Hi, 

We created these "dual language eBooks" that basically allow the reader to click on the text that they are reading and have it reveal the second language translation. For example we have the book "Voyage au centre de la Terre" in French English.

The reader we assume is trying to improve their French but when she/he does not understand something, a tap on the text switches to the English language. Only a few sentences are switched so that the context is retained. We also have English – French version and are working on a Dutch – English version too. 

We are curious if language learners such as yourself would appreciate such a resource. Personally I am using it to better my French right now. It would be good to get some outside perspective though. 

We have free samples on the site so any feedback would be great! We are hoping to use that to improve the product.

The only caveat is that it currently only works in Apple iBooks because of their early support for EPUB 3. There might be other readers out there that support EPUB 3 but we are not aware of them.
