Forgive any mistakes, I am still a beginner…

Comment est-ce que les français disent les numéros de les vols, les trains, et les chambres l'hôtel ?

Est-ce qu'ils se disent que chaque chiffre ?

Est-ce que 632 est « six-cent-trente-deux » ou « six-trois-deux » ?

Merci !

No one?

In English, my question is simply whether French-speakers, when saying a hotel room number, flight number, train number, etc., say the whole number, or state each individual digit.

So, for instance, is 632 six cent trente-deux, or six-trois-deux?  Or, six trente-deux ?

Is there a convention?  In English, at least American English, we would usually say that someone is in room sixty-two, but then if the room number has 3 digits, such as 632, it would be six thirty-two, or six-three-two, not "six hundred thirty-two."  A flight number is almost always read off with each individual digit (Flight six-three-two.)

When there are 4 digits, such as in 6322, we would usually say something like sixty-three twenty-two, or six-three-two-two, not six thousand three hundred twenty-two.

From my experience it's almost always the whole number, not the individual digits. But I've not spent very much time in France so there might be exceptions that I don't remember – I'd like to see a native speaker's comment.

If I were to pronounce "le vol n°632 en partance de Paris", je dirais "le vol numéro six cent trente-deux en partance de Paris". I actually never heard anyone spelling the number.

"le vol n°6322" could be either "le vol numéro six mille trois cent vingt-deux" or "le vol numéro soixante-trois vingt-deux", even if I think the first one is more natural.

You must say "six cent trente-deux", if you don't, I think people would not understand a lot, and that's the right way, same thing in hotels…
