OfflineThe first one in each pair is "Retroflexive" and the second is "Dental"
The Retroflexive consonants are formed by curling your tongue up to the roof of your mouth (like you would in the Mandarin 是 or 人) and making the sound against the hard top of your mouth
The Dental consonants are formed by putting your tongue against your teeth (like you would in the Mandarin 才 or 四) and making the sound against the back of your teeth.
"ठ and थ" and "ढ and ध" are aspirated which means you say them with a lot of air (like breathing hard)
"ट and त" and "ड and द" are unaspirated which means you don't say them with a puff of air
