Talk in Arabic – This is an excellent audio course that's by far the best find for the widest variety of Arabic dialects. No matter which dialect you're looking to speak, you'll find it taught here.
Glossika Modern Standard Arabic ; Egyptian Arabic ; Moroccan Arabic – Learn through sentences and repetition. Glossika uses the “mass sentence method” combined with an advanced spaced repetition system to teach you Arabic in context. Best for upper-beginner to intermediate learners.

Italki – connects you with native Arabic speakers for spoken practice on Skype. You can pay Arabic tutors for (affordable) one-to-one video lessons, or find a free language exchange partner! This link takes you right to the Arabic tutors on the site.
LEARN HOW TO READ AND WRITE IN ARABIC
Arabic Script Hacking – an excellent book by Judith Meyer on how to quickly master the Arabic alphabet.

Forvo – find out how any Arabic word is pronounced. Just type the word you’re looking for into the search bar in Arabic!
Arabic Chat Wiki – A fantastic resource that teaches you how to text or chat online with internet slang in Arabic. Several dialects.
Lisaan Masri Online Dictionary – Simply the best dictionary for the Egyptian Arabic dialect.
